this site, including, but not limited to images, illustrations, audio clips
and video clips, is protected by copyrights that are owned and controlled by
ODYMFG or by other parties that have licensed their material to ODYMFG. In
addition, all trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on this
site are proprietary to ODYMFG and /or its licensors. ODYMFG hereby grants
you a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to
use and display, for home, noncommercial and personal use only, one copy of
any material that you may view and/or download from this site, including, but
not limited to, any files, codes, audio or visual images incorporated in or
generated by any software that is available for downloading, provided that
you must maintain all copyright and other notices contained in such material.

Submissions
ODYMFG welcomes your comments regarding its site. Unfortunately, however,
ODYMFG does not accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, or materials
other than those it has specifically requested. Therefore, in order to avoid
the possibility of future misunderstandings when projects developed by ODYMFG
might seem to others to be similar to their own creative works, it must ask
that you do not send any original creative materials. While ODYMFG does value
your feedback on its services and products, it requests that you be specific
in your comments on those services and products, and not submit any creative
ideas, suggestions or materials. If at ODYMFG's request you send certain
specific submissions or, despite its request that you not send any other

Forums
and Public Communication
ODYMFG is not responsible for any material posted on chat areas, bulletin
boards, or e-mail forums (collectively, "Forums") conducted on this
site. In participating in any such Forums, you shall not upload to,
distribute, or otherwise publish any content that is libelous, defamatory,
obscene, pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights,
abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable that would constitute or
encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would
otherwise give rise to liability or violates any law.
All Forums shall be used only in a noncommercial manner and you shall not
distribute or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation of

California, United States of America. ODYMFG makes no representation that

ODYMFG PRIVACY STATEMENT
As a general policy, ODYMFG will
never disclose any information identifying you as a user of odysseymfg.com to
third parties. It uses the information collected from you to tailor the site
